Training Outlines

These training outlines are designed for a 2-4 hour training, for the following purposes.

  • All 4 of these outlines are used for Computer Skills in the Workplace, a 1 Credit/15 contact hour class available through the PPHHS Training Academy.
  • Each of these outlines can be delivered separately by local staff for new employee orientations, or a brush-up on existing skills.
  • Each outline addresses the same objectives as the first part of the books that are used for the 1 Credit classes, allowing a student to start with this class, and either take the 1 Credit class next, or to study further on their own using the books.
  • All of the modules are designed to train a user according to the following basic Computer User Training Standards.
