  • CHT Connectivity Conference: Accelerating Transformation through Health IT -On October 18th, the Center for Health Transformation and IDX Systems Corporation hosted more than 100 industry experts and government leaders at a conference in Washington, DC.   • EHRNebraska The Nebraska Medical Association, through the “2006 Excellence in Practice” Grant Program, is pleased to introduce EHRNebraska, a project designed to help facilitate the adoption of electronic health records by Nebraska physicians, thereby improving patient safety and enhancing quality and efficiency within the health care system.

  • Connecting for Health Common Framework (From the Markle Foundation Connecting for Health. The Common Framework is a set of technical and policy resources designed to help HIT implementations meet high standards of private and secure information sharing in existing and emerging networks. It includes sixteen technical and policy components developed by experts in information technology, health privacy law, and policy, and tested since mid-2005 by Connecting for Health across the country. Without stifling innovation, the goal is to provide a basic framework that can be adapted to local needs while assuring a high level of confidence regarding privacy and security.)
